Was just in there because I dropped my 3GS and shattered the screen. Wasn't going to pay $199 to have the screen replaced through Apple. iGSM did it for $70 and in under 40min! They were super friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed despite there being people waiting, nor did I ever feel ignored when I was the one waiting. Hopefully I won't break this screen, but if I do, I know where to go.

I had broken my blackberry screen while visiting Seattle from New York. I was recommended by a friend so I stopped in. Amazingly my phone was fixed on the spot while I waited. wow! They even educated on many options of my blackberry I didn't know I had. Thanks for such great service =)

My 3rd iPhone, and 2nd screen cracked. GRR.
Honestly, I love this place.
Cost: $75
Simple, quick, and I was back to using my iPhone under 30 minutes.
BONUS: they let me have a loaner phone! I was able to sit in my car, and take care of business while waiting. I love how no time was wasted in my day, taking care of this (annoying) issue.
Additional bonus: SUPER helpful with problem solving and very knowledgeable with phones. Before coming, I was having minor issues with my phone (calls dropped, screen freezing) so I backed up my iPhone, wiped everything off, then restored the phone.
